I want to create a website, similar but not identical to facebook. Problem is the website must be in fluent GERMAN, so if possible you make the design, layout etc. and I would write in all necessary details? The Website must have a login feature similar to facebook, with options of a regular or premium account (premium account then costing ?? per month),, it must have a fully functunable chat (that only premium members have access too). Not just some crappy java chat, it must have some style to it, with the option of multiple chat rooms (that I shall then create).
