Requirements The solution must be scalable to 1000s of devices/vehicules. Solution must be capable to support a number of GPS/GPRs/GSM tracker Supports fully GPS,GSM, GPRS, HTTP, and NMEA 0183 Supports AT command to devices Historical data-logging on the server allows users to view tracks from previous days, months or years,exportable to excel or other (CSV). Real time monitoring and tracking,geofence,alert etc Must use windows platform XP/Vista Bu/2003 for ease of use, MySQL, Java Must have JAVA,web design/Multimedia expertise as solution should be PC based or web based, GIU interface easily customisable to suit customers, skins would be a nice to have Would consider using OpenGTS as a base Use google earth, virtual earth etc Use overlay maps User/devices admin from GUI Specifics server based and web solutions must be in english interface customisable, ie can use a number of skins to modify look Must be scalable to 1000s of vehicules and devices Support communication devices sms, http, tcp, udp Use mysql, tomcat, java for development, any other if necessary Exstensive reporting in html or exportable csv Display google or virtual earth on a click of a button in main window Markers for in motion and stopped vehs with different colors polygonal Geofences, geozone Display in motion and stopped vehicules separately option ie button to toggle between in motion and stopped veh Option to show tracks of vehicle on map, default should be to disable this feature but available on a per vehicle basis if user wishes to see daily course of a vehicle, he will select it from a menu and click on a button to show course on the map, google or virtual earth |
