Project Description:
Front Range Orthopedics The site map and sections will be the exact same as you see on the site, except they are going to be adding a Community Outreach, Contact Us (with a form to email contact box), Newsletter Sign Up (form to email), 2009 CME event section (with a single username and password that users can access info. in), Patient Forms and Information section (forms that users will be able to print or fill out to bring to the office for visits, etc.), Patient Survey (form to email as seen on the website for panorama orthopaedics in Denver). The Patient sections could all be sub-categories of one main Patient Resources or Patient Information section. Also, the client wants to be able to post PDFs and PowerPoints, etc. in the News & Events section themselves so I am thinking we can set them up with Contribute and let them do that. However, I am the site will be a Flash/HTML hybrid and the focus of this re-design is really making a aesthetically appealing, , easy to use site that reflects the integrity, size, and quality of the practice. There won't be any applications like blogs or search capabilities, but we need to keep in mind that a version 2.0 of the site will include videos in each of the Physician Profiles but that will be a separate billable item at a later date. The launch date for this site would need to occur on April 1st. Also, there is one additional piece I need you to line item out. If you go to WebMD.com, you will see a guy that you can click on for a symptom checker. They don't want to do a symptom checker, but they are thinking about using a guy like that and when you click on different body parts, it brings up a list of articles, news, or events related to that part of the body. This would be something like for the News & Events section. We want to present this as a separate billable item to the client per their request. |
