I have not had much luck with this project so far and am hoping someone on this site has the talent and/or idea on how to accomplish the following goal: I would like to develop a software application that can be downloaded onto the iPhone or G1 phone that constantly searches for a specific network (wifi-bluetooth or other). The network should be closed and only allow access to users with the specific software application. When the phone comes in range of this network, a greeting is sent to the phone allowing the user to connect to the network. It should be able to handle as many as 1,500 concurrent connections. |
