Here is the deal... I am not going to tell you too much about me and my business, but if this goes well and the price is right there will be more jobs in the future and they will not come to an end. Its a simple Online Live Support System for multiple clients. I am creating a new business system and just do not have the time for certain aspects of the work and I only have one programmer here working on more important things at the moment. This is what I want to create: An Online Live Support system that my customers can sign up to and use. Its a nice system and I have the 'cosmetic' details all sorted out.. but we will deal with this if the end product is right for me. So - this is on a website, (which I will create/have, but if its easier to simply build it into pages that you create and then you simply pass those pages onto me when agreed then thats fine) - they sign up to use the system, We receive a nicely laid out form request with their details. - we accept them as clients, - they then insert the code where they want to put the Live Support on their page... CONSIDER: All the standard features of Live support - you do not need me to tell you what they are, your a programmer so you know, but a typical live support with all the usual features - the more the merrier. I then need you to pass this programme over to me in total and I insert into a website all ready to go. The customer can then sign-up using the form on the site... so this is also a necessary part of the system. The form simply mails a nicely set out form completed by them. OPTIONS: As above - usual ones. Not forgetting the following that is important to me: 1. I also need them to be able to select one of many image sets as online / offline options. So we should have an option for them to select (within their account) I will test this online with you first of all in full... from using, to inserting code into my website, to applying for the service, to changing images and using the various features, I will test this as a user online using your own online facilities. Once I am happy with everyhing I see I will then ask my programmer to work with you in moving the code and databases etc onto our server. Cosmetically: I will give you colour numbers, logo sizes etc etc separately. You may want to produce from the start in our selected colours etc, and thats fine. Hope this makes sense - I am not a programmer myself and will be overseeing this as a manager and user - however, I will be ensuring all final aspects are dealt with by somebody here that is a programmer/Mysql/Cisco expert - so all will be well. Many thanks in advance and I will take the best price. We do not have a budget at this time, and are a new/upcoming company-to-be. So, you may become part of this one day and do regular work for me. This is my first freelance experience, so I hope it goes well. |
