Looking for a long term relation with a web designer who is good at images, banner, html and flash issues. I am located in Canada and have been working as employee for more than 10 years. Now it is time to set up my own business to bid for big projects. Seeking for honest, RELIABLE, gifted partner in China. Must be able to communicate in English.
