The website is to provide a service for clients to register then list any services they need or projects/ or jobs they need completing. The Client will post up their job (Big or Small. Skilled or Not) for free. The Client will also have a maxiuim budget that they want to pay. This listing will have a postcode and brief description of the Job i.e: Loft conversion in SW8 Budget ?27,000 or Rubbish clearance SW12 Budget ?30. The tradesman/handy man/whoever will search the site under their skilled profession or preference in a postcode area (if they want to stay local). Or they will just search for work in there area. If they like the sound of the job then they will have to buy credits: ?20 for 25 credits (promotion to begin) to access the Clients Information. One credit for one job. The person looking for work can arrange a inspection of the job and they can take it from there. Obviously the Client can accept as many trades men as they like, which will in turn make sure they(Client) gets the job done at the best price. When the Client takes on that Tradesmen and the work is done correctly. The Client can leave feedback - similar to an ebay buyer or seller - score rating. Clients can perform free text searches, or browse by categories. Ecommerce is also required via Paypal or CreditCard. The site should be optimised for SEO. The design would build the site, including graphics and a back end administration platform would be provided for updating content and adverts. We have a domain name for the site. Any bidders would need to provide an outline of functionality and some design ideas. Newly added descriptions: Clients can put up pictures of their jobs if required. |
