I need a php zend and flash as3 application. The php zend is a multiuser system. The flash swf will communicate with php. To qualify, you must show admin demo in PMB of your previous work in zend and a demo swf like ownshirts . com/software/ The project is not like ownshirts but you have to show this flash editor skills set. You must sign NDA and a contract. I will require daily updates/demos to see the work in progress. We will also set milestones and if you cannot deliver any milestone on time, I can cancel project. Payment to be made by paypal after entire project is completed. Details will be given to the qualified bidder who can post ADMIN demo to prove your skills. If you cannot post ADMIN demo, don't bid because you cannot prove anything and having good ratings done for irrelevant jobs is meaningless. Your first posting MUST have ADMIN demos in PMB that match zend and swf skills ONLY. I don't need to see any irrelevant other demo. Serious responsible bidders only who can follow directions well and deliver on time. You must have a team of at least 2zend, 2as3, 1pm, 1qa, 1designer. Details will be provided in PMB to qualified bidders. Here is an example of unqualified bidders -have no admin demo, or irrelevant admin demos. -have done php but not php zend -strong in zend but not AS3, or vice versa. -knows flash as3 but cannot prove skills with admin demo. -Is not a technical person. Is a business development person. I will not talk with nontechnical bidders who cannot pass technical questions. -Is an individual coder and cannot PROVE existence of qualified local team. Pls follow directions carefully. |
