I am looking for a long term web developer who can give me advice on building a Chinese web-site: 1) how to deal with the language barrier if I need a b-lingual site 2) do i need to apply for license to take money from the Chinese site if my company is registered overseas. 3) Do I need to apply for advertising license if I take advertising on my Chinese site while my company is registered overseas. 4) What is the best payment gateway in China 5) Is Paypal the solution when a site is used by both Chinese within China and outside China? I would like to start building a ecommerce site when these questions are cleared. If you are not a designer, but proved to be able to answer these questions, please also contact me. If you are a web designer and can answer these questions, that's perfect. We can discuss the price rate on job. But first of all, I need the advice first.
