Description: I need a real estate website. Web Language: simplified Mandarin, but ready for other languages to be included in the future. Admin Language: English Admin Section (backend) ======================= - A comprehensive Admin section will be provided to administrator of site o modification through some CMS or similar. - It will allow administrator of site to manage site and its contents. - It will be based on different level of access where each level will have access to certain functionalities only (2 levels is enough) - Super admin of site will be able to add new admin users to site and can provide the access level to different users. The website will be used as by different real estate agents, so they need a system to insert info and pictures for new properties. This backend has to be very easy to use. The real estate people will type the description and other features as sqm, price, city, etc. An Upload pictures system will be ready as well. Front end ========= It will look similar or better to engelvoelkers dot com and hongkonghomes dot com. Most of feagures would be similar to those websites. In fact it will be easier that mentioned websites because it is not needed any programation for buyers: they will see the property they like and the website will offer the contact info and a form to be filled. Of course it will have a search facility. Very important: the final design has to be personal, elegant but simple. I have to say that functionality, design and SEO have to be very important all together focused for international and chinese search engines (mainly Baidu and Google). I need to see some of your works and you would show me how you are solved the integration among those items, so please send me links of your works. Search engine optimization ========================== SEO. Everything should be focused to be efficient with visitors: human and robots. I mean that it has to be friendly to search engines especially baidu and google. I can not say now what is the best programming language. We would have to discuss in the future according what you think is better. The steps would be: specs definition, programming, testing and aceptance testing Payment terms : Ten percent when starting and ninety percent after finished and bug free load on my server. Support : 3 month free support after fund is paid. Agenda: Starting on Jun 1. Ending Jun 25. I do not discard to create other nine (9) similar websites next year if this one works.
