I have all of the graphics work done and need someone to take existing code and my graphics and format it according to my requirements. Use below link for inspiration. Experienced programmer should be able to complete this project in about 4-6 hours. Needs to be SEO friendly. I have started the work but do not have time to complete. Will provide work already completed or you can start from scratch. 1) Take my graphics and incorporate them into layout as in link provided below. 2) Chop up the code into logical pieces (top nav, left, bottom and main include) so that it is reusable 3) Make links work.
