I have a website design project using Asp.net 2.0 C#, CSS, a Flash image, a little JavaScript. I have just purchased the potential website template here: http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/24293.html. In that template contains: image, css, icon, button..., that will save you guys a lot of time. (the home page flash image need to be modified, also the pages' width will be changed.) I will also provide all the content text for each page. Number of pages: 1. Home 2. About us 3. Services 4. Solutions 5. Contact us 6. Testimonials 7. News/Event 8. Articles (a small section in the page, may use RSS to get the info). I am attaching some screen shoots so you can see the details.
