Real Estate Website. Web Language: simplified Mandarin and English. English would be for intercomunication between maker/payer (you and me) and because I would need understand the content of the site before it is translated to Mandarin which will be the final website. Other part will be in Spanish but I will translate that part (you have to do the rest) Admin Section (backend) ======================= - A comprehensive Admin section will be provided to administration of site o modification through some CMS or similar. - It will allow administrator of site to manage site and its contents: create, modify or delete records in the database. - It will be based on different level of access where each level will have access to certain functionalities only (2 levels is enough) - Super admin of site will be able to add new admin users to site and can provide the access level to different users. The website will be used as by different real estate agents, so they need a system to insert info and pictures for new properties. This backend has to be very easy to use. The real estate people will type the description and other features as sqm, price, city, etc. An Upload pictures system will be ready as well. Front end ========= It will look similar or better to engelvoelkers dot com and hongkonghomes dot com. Most of feagures would be similar to those websites. There are two kind of clients: - Houses sellers: uploading pictures of houses and data of houses (surface, area, price, etc). They have to be kept in a database system. They pay for this so it should be connected to Paypal system. - Houses buyers: they only see the information of sellers (search engine and/or browse) and contact with our company directly (email or telephone) or throgh a simple form. In fact it will be easier that mentioned websites because almost it is not needed any programation for buyers, or it will be very easy. Very important: the final design has to be personal, elegant but simple and optimized for Search Engines. (the latin pages and the mandarin pages) I have to say that functionality, design and SEO have to be very important all together focused for international and chinese search engines (mainly Baidu and Google). I need to see some of your works and you would show me how you are solved the integration among those items, so please send me links of your works.
