I have recently opened a poker mentoring and strategy site, and i would like to add the following to our site: A free downloadable Poker blinds timer for home games. There are many free ones available online, for examples see end. It would not need to cope with large tournaments, strictly amateur home games. A poker game has distinct blind levels of a set length, and the blinds themselves rise with each level. Antes are also sometimes introduced and rise with the levels. The timer would need to: include my logo - provided use a specific colour scheme - provided have a simple but professional look - rough idea provided be full screen, or close to. Show : Level number , time remaining in level , current blinds (+antes) , next blinds. have buttons to - start/pause clock, go back level, go forward level. flash and beep when level ends and new one begins It should also have a button to bring up a set up box for the levels - where you can set the length of levels, and choose the blind levels themselves. I mean free for my customers to download, as in i will not be selling the software. i do expect to pay the programmer!!! lol. I have a friend who works as a programmer, who said he would do it for m8s rates of about ?200, and it would take him a couple of days - but he cant do it for 3 months as he's busy then on holiday, hence me posting here. Bsically its a glorified stopwatch/timer, with a changeable length, and different level names, both customisable. I do have a picture of how id like it to look, approximately. The last example ( http://www.thatpokerclock.com/free-poker-clock.php ) has a nice interface for setting the levels - with a "remove level" button. mine would ideally be very similar, but with 4-6 preset level options, and a + button for add a level in, next to all the - buttons. im not in a massive rush for this - but less than 3 months would be good obviously lol. I also forgot to put the budget, i would be looking at $400 or less approximately. |
