Requirements: 3+ years experience Flash MX, Flash XML, Flash Remoting, Expert Actionscript Skills 1.0 and 2.0 preferred, Streaming Video, Drawing API, Experience in dynamic website design and development We are an Award winning web and design company operating at a profit for the last 7 years straight! We have an immediate need for a talented, Senior Flash Developer / designer who can create reusable, repurposeable commercial applications for existing Fortune 500 clients. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively; work with a talented interactive design team; execute a creative strategy from concept to delivery; and provide direction for user experience, layout, navigation, and site structure. Self management and a great attitude are key. Our current focus is in the area of commercial web development and reuasable application development and we must hire someone with a coding style that accommadates this need. Requirements: ADVANCED ACTIONSCRIPT SKILLS ARE A MUST! Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in FLASH, experience with Flash XML, Flash Remoting, and Streaming Video. Advanced skills in Actionscript 1.0 is required and Actionscript 2.0 experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to program complex and dynamic Flash web sites are mandatory and candidates who have constructed their own components or manipulated such components are strongly preferred. Coding experience in the areas of Cold Fusion, Java, xml parsing, drawing API's and database connectivity are all extremely helpful. Exceptional design skills are critical. Qualified candidates will have strong skills and efficiency in graphic design, layout, usability, interface and structure of web sites.
