| Project Description:
We are looking for a professional/organization to stream free-to-air TV channel 24 Hrs a day using streaming technology like SopCast or UStream. Please ensure that doing so is legal in your region. You must be able to capture the TV signal from Satellite transmissions on a C band transponder on the Telestar 10 satellite at 76.5 East. The signal is then to be digitized using a TV tuner and streamed. We will pay you monthly for streaming the channel. The lowest bid for the monthly charge would be granted the project if you satisfy the above requirements. |
