I need a application that allows my merged database from excel to individually print 1 Mircrosoft Word (Newsletter) document at a time. I have an excel database that I use to merge with my newsletter in microsoft Word. The problem is that when I do a merge, microsoft Word turns it into one file to print. So if I have 10 names in my database and my newsletter is 10 pages long, I get a merged document that is 100 pages long to print. And I want to staple and duplex my newsletter. So my printer tries to staple 100 pages. I want you to build an application that allows me to merge my excel database with my microsoft Word document and allow the application to break up the print jobs into 10 individual print jobs of 10 pages. Not 1 print job of 100. Therefore I can staple and duplex each newsletter. So if I have 10 people in my database, and my newsletter is 10 pages long. I will get 10 individual print jobs. |
