This project is quite simple - somebody already has a * Live Suport software solution, and an * Email marketng Software. There are options to buy these with support and have them rebranded etc - at quite low prices... so I could go for these - but you may have these already available too - and if so, you may be able to show us this pretty quickly, agree a price and you have a sale. I am looking for individual pieces of software suitable for ecommerce customers - such as: - ONLINE LIVE SUPPORT - EMAIL MARKETING An example of a Live Support & Emailers that would be acceptable are below. quite a few of these and allows de-branding etc is: Live Suport Example: __________________ http://www.tbsitax.com/support81/staff/index.php?auto_refresh=300&old_messages=0 http://www.tbsitax.com/support81/admin/index.php http://www.omnistarlive.com/ - this does not have to be exact - but it gives an idea of the kind of Live Support that may be useful - obviously... we also need to be able to administer this so need to be able to provide the following: Restriction to 1 user Allow more users Username and password setup to use - and an interface that allows for customers to apply for and pay for the solution. An admin user panel for me to receive application requests. Customers can select their image set from many. (Online-Offline) - All the usual requirements as per most live support systems. ______________________________ THE EMAIL MARKETING SOFTWARE: Example: http://www.omnistarmailer.com/overview.htm - again this allows for being able to purchase the code and full support etc. We need to be able to set a payment structure according to the number of contacts. Full considerations to spamming controls must be included. BOTH APPLICATIONS: Will be used by me and must be portable and able to accept customers, a purchase etc etc. Consider these items as items I will use on ecommerce but also market separately via a website for online use to a variety of customers... or at least that is what I may want to try to do. So - these are the first two... I will be interested in any more ecommerce style add-ons or plug-ins if you have additional ideas for ecommerce add-ons after these, but we will work with these two first. I would expect that any programmer that has any amount of work will probably have these two items already created - as I have said, I can buy both of these with support for 12 months and more for around $300 in total.... I do not need the support or ongoing help... and basically if you can show me what you have on an online version and I have time to demo this and agree that it is all I need I will pay you half of the agreed value up front and the remainder upon delivery.
