| Project Description:
I am looking for someone to program an add-on to Quickbooks Pro. The add-on will be a key or series of keys that will permit the user to change (Graduate) all jobs from one level to the next in a massive format. This is an example: I will have approximately 300 jobs listed under 150 clients. Each of the jobs will have a level of 1 to 12. I would like to have an automated way of telling quickbooks to graduate all level 1 Jobs to Level 2, all level 2 jobs to level 3, all level 3 jobs to level 4 etc..... The second part of the programming will be to add more pre-defined flexible feilds in the JObs. For example, I migh want to track the results of different activities for each job and I may want to have certain nubmbers. Please include your experience with Quickbooks programming when quoting.
