there will be 3 or 4 software applications...I am developing them in excel but would very much like them to be web based. This is how I envision things... 1) I have a website that companies visit. They look around and see what we offer ie: different software tools and services. They can then register for free to become users and get passwords. Once they have a password, they can come into the website and use some of the software for free and/or buy consulting services or some of the other software.or contact me. 2) There will be a few types of software. The first 2 will be (I am developing the excel worksheets and would like you to develop them into software) long range financial planning tools AND a cost analysis tool. What I would like is for the software to stay on an external server...They should NOT be able to download it. They should be able to use it and print it But all of the info stays in an outside place. (this is where I will need your help... how do I do this?). Once i hav their data, I would like to be able to run statistical reports by geographic areas and by types of clients ( these will be mandatory fields that they will need to populate when they register). They will have their own passwords that will give them free and unlimited access to these 2 tools and they can then use them as much as they want. Every time they enter the info and PRINT the software it should prompt them to ask and check if all mandatory foelds have been completed. I would then like for the website to track and to keep a version and enter the data into the statistical tracking. 3) There will be another section that will describe the types of services that we offer. 4) There will be another section that will describe a quickbooks modification service that we offer... 5) There will be a contact us section. I would like Flash but not a must. I will be relying on YOU to do the work form start all of the way until publishing and testing the site. I will also need you to give me some time for upgrades and modifications until we get it right. Any other ideas....PLease feel free to add. I am attaching samples of the 2 free software that should be web based - Please note that I do not want your software to look exactly like these excel worksheets. I am looking for the info to be there but I would like to improve and change the presentations. ALSO: Please note that there will be Minor changes to the Financial Planning tool |
