Note: This is a work from home position An international Pharmaceutical Service Company is seeking a Country Marketing Manager for China. As country Marketing Manager you will appoint local marketing representatives in various regional pharmaceutical centers in China. Your preferred location will be Beijing. Along with being Country Marketing Manager ??China you will also represent our service to pharmaceutical companies in and around Beijing. YOU WILL BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE: ??For implementing business strategies agreed with Headquarters. ??To Recruit, train, guide, motivate, liaison, co-ordinate, supervise and control a successful marketing team of regional marketing representatives in China. ??For Cost management and delivery of maximum margin to the company. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Educational Qualification: ??At minimum any Bachelors Degree. ??Masters Degree preferred. Experience: ??Minimum of 5 years of experience is required but will prefer a candidate with more than 7 years experience. ??MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MARKETING. ??Must have a minimum of 3 years experience of managing a team of subordinates. ??Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry of China preferred Language Skills: ??MUST BE FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND ORAL BUSINESS ENGLISH. ??Must be able to communicate well in Chinese with various regional marketing representatives. |
