I am seeking one, or a few, software development professional(s) who are interested in a partnership agreement with my company. I have designed several modules/nodes as part of an online service, and require someone (or a small team) to develop the code / functionality of the concepts. What I would like to offer is a partnership agreement. Rather than receiving the average $200 or $1000 here and there, as I've seen on this site. I'd like to offer you a stake in my company, where you will receive 15% of the profits we bring in, until $500,000 has been paid out to you. At that time, the business relationship will change to a maintenance retainer service, where I continue to keep you on the payroll as a maintenance professional(s) for our site. You will be under no obligation to exclusively work for us. You can continue to take other jobs along the way. The only requirement is that none of our software modules are discussed with, or reproduced for any other firm or agency. Non-Disclosure Agreements will be necessary. If you're interested.
