Login: Parents need to enter name and password ??reminders on the screen to tell you how to login for the first time Password reminder to your email if you forgot, or a reminder question Contact link (to manager) if questions Link to information about website and ordering Accounts ??Manager access Need to enter accounts by family, then student. Should be able to upload a batch from a spreadsheet, or have an easy way for data entry on the site. Need information including last name, address, telephone, mother, father When entering student, need to enter grade, class, session lunch will be offered (automatically linked), and price schedule. Have access to view orders placed. Have access to order after the menu is not available to parents Have access to delete orders Have access to delete individual items from order Accounts ??Parent access They login and create a new password and possibly a password reminder Email and address must be entered. General information will be available about the website about the website and the lunch program. They can view their order or balances at any time, even when they can no longer order Menu: Input menu in easy format, with all the costs linked to the menu item. Ability to turn on and off for access to parents Have certain items for the manager to ??rder??to pay the Vendor for items provided in general Ex. Fruit, paper goods. These items are not ordered by students, but should appear on a vendor report for payment. When a parent orders, they should be able to order one item or two items, unless on the ECC site where there is only an option for one order. Need print friendly version to print payments to the vendor for certain dates Need to be able to reduce the total count if needed Menu by Class Lists daily by class what each person orders and the total for the class. Page break between classes Unfinalized orders ??see what orders are in process Finalized orders ??awaiting payment ??See what orders were finalized by the parent but we have not received payment. These should not appear on the vendor report until they are paid, unless indicated by the manager. There should possibly be a check box next to the order to indicate that it appears on the vendor report.
