Looking for someone who can create a single php page that will allow user to create and update an advertisement on the Web. There are three columns on the page: On the left, input areas that user enters title (max 25), body text (max 135), and image upload. In the middle, display the ads as user types or when image is uploaded. Image may need to be re-sized. On the right column, the text instructions and help links. Database design and scripts will be given. The same page will handle update as well. Solid javascript and AJAX experiences. Support IE 6, NS 7, FF 1 browsers.
