A Demonstration Version of a Text Analyzer is desired. ? Input - ordinary English-language text. ? Output - brief digest of the facts (meaning) of each text file. Technical environment: ? Windows XP platform. ? Code to be written in Visual BASIC. ? Deploy with Microsoft Access. ? Automatically define an ODBC data source. Budget for the initial Demonstration Version of the software is $250.US. Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Visual BASIC experience required. Experience with compilers and translators helpful. We want a development partner, to economically work with us in initial product development; and if successful, on future development. We desire a complete and fully-functional working program in executable form, as well as complete source code of all work done. The program must be in a ready-to-run condition, with instructions on how to install it on a Windows PC. All work done by your programmers for Management Strategies must be considered confidential, and "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law; Management Strategies will retain exclusive and complete worldwide copyrights to all work purchased. |
