I am organizing a reunion for about 100 people all over the world. I have a list of e-mail addresses which are incomplete and sometimes wrong. Keeping it up to date is a headache. I want people to update their own information in a database. Therefore I am thinking of a simple website, made in Joomla. Can that be made for max $ 100.
