We are looking for programmer who has detailed knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT, and HTML. This website is a voting system site where users sign up create a profile which includes posting photos and editing them, as well as a public message board in their profile where others can see their messages posted. None registered or registered users will be able to vote for their favourite users on the website. We are looking for a system where a voter can only vote for 1 person per day. For example If I vote for Mary I cannot vote for Mary again today but I can vote for Jennifer or whoever else. This website will involve a great deal of time working with a database system. The backend of the website is in MYSQL database. The database will track registered users as well as the votes of the registered users. The users profile will include location information, and photos of the user which will be used to organize or sort the way users are displayed in the webpage. The user profile should be editable for the user picture gallery and description. Each user will have a comment box where registered or unregistered users can leave their comments. The user will have the ability to delete any of the messages. The front end the website is divided into 2 categories male/female. It will also be subdivided into countries. People visiting the site will be able to search for users by username/description, country, top rated users etc. The main page of the website will also include the top vote getters of a given country separated into male and female. The site will be able to enable/disable certain registered users from receiving votes and other basic admin. functions including enabling and disabling users adding or modifying user information and mass mailing newsletter to all registered users. The login system is a two level system first level being admin. And second being users who can receive votes and edit their profiles. Please note: The look of the website should be able to be modified using a template. All the layout information will be provided to the winning bidder.
