Project is developing a public service app similar to Speak Up and Practice Speaking English on Android Market. Speak Up is Open sourced at http://code.google.com/p/monmonja/source/browse/#svn/trunk/SpeakUp with GPL license. New app would have improvements for more responsive interactions. Provider to deliver all source codes with Eclipse Project folder of the application. Payment milestones + discretionary bonus.
