Hi, I represent a company that is in the online training and education sector. The company is looking at Jiangsu Province in China as a possible place of business. I need a well written English market research document. Targeted areas will be universities, schools and other education establishments. I have tried research this area myself but I have come up against a wall with limited data from the internet and books so I am looking to outsource the work so I have a different source of information. I need every single detail referenced clearly. Preferably Harvard style referencing. This is my first time outsourcing research so I will be extremely cautious. I have outsourced the creation of websites in the past and I have learned many lessons there about being cautious. Do not expect any payments upfront. Only when the document has been received and is viewed as a sound and well researched document will the full sum be paid. No exceptions! Any non-agreed overruns in time will be viewed as a reason to cancel payment. I would ideally like the project to be completed in 7 days but i can extend this to 14 days if there is good reason to do so. I will expect DAILY updates (excluding the weekends) on the progress of the document. I will also want to view the document as it is being created to ensure it is up to standard. Once again failure to do this will result a cancellation of payment. I would prefer someone with experience in research and market entry in particular. I have run into trouble in the past with people leaving unfinished projects and leaving with 90% of the project paid for. I will under no exception pay anything until the document is completed to a level that I am satisfied with! I am quite easy to work with but if I feel that you level of research is not to standard then the project will be cancelled immediately. Regards Robert |
