This project will take a current site and all the info on it and rebuild it to a much nicer and more organized site. I want a back end management system to be able to add buttons and links as needed and have a rolling front page that can be updated by the backend with posts. new posts will appear on top and old roll down the page (front page only) the original site is here at http://www.lascrucesassociationofrealtors.com/index.htm I like the organized look of this similar site at.. http://sfar.com/ (notice the rolling updates on first page) there is a MLS system for searching homes which requires only some coding to access they MLS system. You will notice that most of the links open PDF files that are updated on backend as needed. I would like a modern, clean design with a simple and effetive navigation system. the LCAR site has a photo gallery with events and pictures, this will need to be managed on backend. i was just presented with this project and need a bid within 24 hours for my clients.
