| Project Description:
My project is supposed to be an easy one if you know how to use ns2 simulation, particularly, you know how to use tcl, or Otcl, awk, or Gawk. Attached is a copy of the topology you could use. As you will notice, the correspondent node and the mobile node that the correspondent node will communicate are in the same domain. This topology is actually a Hierarchical Mobile IP protocol structure. There exists some codes for this kind of simulation. In order to simulate this topology, I think you just need to use tcl language. After simulation, the performance analysis is needed. This could be done by awk or Gawk language, or other language. By the way, this performance will be compared with the performance using conventional way, that is, the correspondent node should send a message to the home agent (HA) every time it needs to communicate with the Mobile Node.
