Programmer who can produce high-quality CMS. CMS must be centralized, allowing for new accounts for multiple websites. Must also output XML for use in cross-platform applications. CMS integration into sites must be simple and straghtforward to implement. Also, we need the ability for users to sign up for CMS accounts via a shopping cart type system. We want to use some sort of cloud server for file storage and FTP for users. CMS must be highly scalable. |
