I have a tool that I have developed using Microsoft Excel. I am considering turning this tool into a software package. In order to do this I will require that you program the tool into a very user friendly format. It must have licence codes that I can control so that I can control who uses it and so that it cannot be used by another person / organization. Your programming should allow for the following: It should ask the user a few key questions and then based on the answers provide different screens AND IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND ME KEY ANALYSIS FIGURES. The tool essentially does the following: it takes all of the following information (Student Enrolment, Tuition Levels, Financial aid granted, Government Grants, Teaching costs) from an input page and it projects this information over a five year period. In addition, it allows the user to enter different assumptions and is very flexible that way. It then produces a five year budget along with a separate page with specific financial indicators, graphs and recomendations. Before you bid...
