Project Description:
I need a Excel Workbook to use for Payroll. Requirements: 1. A Entry Form - to input Employee name, Date, Pay Period, Hours worked, Pay rate, Taxable amount, Tax Withholding, Net Pay, Superannuation, Sick/Holiday/Long Service Leave, Payment Method and Payment Date. (Clear Form, Check Entries and Submit buttons required) 2. Payroll Register/Time sheet - details input above will automatically transferred to a Payroll Register/Time Sheet as financial record upon click Submit button on the Entry Form. 3. Payslip - a payslip will be generated for print out upon click Submit button on the Entry Form. Please provide previous work and attach similar templates for bidding. Thanks, Larry |
