I require a website to be designed, coded and delivered that will achieve the following: Strong and Proffessionally designed Home Page Contact us About us News Update Section Registration Page Members Section (Non Paying - Paying) Advertising Manager Admin Section (control theme to all pages - control images - control members - control advertising - control website SEO - control news and articles - control scrapping/bots) 1. Website Scraping (admin function) - must allow for 20 Websites to be monitored (Home Page - Announcements - Rates - Contact Details - Board Members - Financials - Promotions) these pages are to be monitored daily by a bot that will update any changes. This will then be reviewed by admin and then released to either update the website, be manually editted or updated by admin 2. Members are able to rate and review banks 3. Members are able to review detailed information and recieve notification emails of changes 4. Advertising manage module to allow xml promotions, advertising (swf - html), email promotions to be triggered on sign up - weekly announcement - targetted marketing (sex,age,location, bank preferences, regions) The aim is to have a site that will provide comparison of banks, credit unions, insurance and other financial companies within the australian marketplace. The site needs to be able to monitor and capture information on a daily basis from a number of websites and then present the information in clean, easy and proffessional manner. There will be a need to expand the site with additional sites to be monitored, Make ongoing changes to members section, make upgrades to admin section. The chosen provider will need to do the following: Dbase Design and Code Website Design and Code Script Code for Site Scrapping and Monitoring Integrate Payment methods (invoice - paypal - direct payment - cheque) Integrate SEO and Analytics to ensure strong Google ranking to series of keywords Design, Code and Deliver on a strong ADMIN section Apply SSL to members section Apply appropriate Security and Coding practise to ensure website is clean design and coded in ENGLISH and is W3C compliant |
