Hi, I want to create for a client a 10 minutes animation movie that can be seen either on his site or on television. First question: Is it possible to create just one animation that works on both internet and television? If yes, will it still be a flash animation or are you going to use other language/tool? I??l give you the scenario and a rough idea of each image. You??l create the background and characters. You??l need to send me a first draw of each image so that I tell you if it is OK for me or I ask you to do some changes. This could be repeated several times. Each time the draw becomes more and more detailed. Second question: What is the cost estimation?
