iPad application for Customer Service Agents of a company to use to approach customers to sign-up as members to the company's loyalty program, to check loyalty and bonus points, redeem vouchers, update member profile details, locate members within building-site, send and receive message alerts, display property map image and others. iPad application development will be on the Interface design and placement and communications with the Remote Web Services to submit and display information. There are 2 sets of Requirements: Basic Features & Basic & Advanced Features. If the time duration is sufficient, can do both Basic & Advanced Features. If not, then just do Basic Features. Development Cycle to be 1 month or 30 days. Allow up to additional 2 weeks of User Acceptance Testing. |
