We need Chinese professional who can provide us with consultations in English or Russian and provide well commented code samples that we can use to access TOP API ourselves. Exacly we need: In the current project we need samples and explanations for the following areas of TOP API ??Making orders ??Communicating with sellers In details you have to 1. Provide consulting services in English or Russian: a. Create high level description of order process using TOP API including i. Payments ii. Delivery monitoring iii. Refunds b. Describe how we can connect to sellers and make sure the product (of right size and color) can be shipped. Is there a messaging system at TaoBao that can be employed for that kind of communications? Is there an automation to send messages by web application? 2. Create sample environment using TaoBao Sandbox: a. Create sample seller shop with 2-3 categories and 1-2 products in each. b.
