| Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced coder with knowledge of working with Nominet.org.uk's EPP server. Must have Nominet EPP experience. The script will need to be accurate to the milli-second and multi-thread to work accurately. To catch expired domain names, this script needs to poll the Nominet EPP service 5 times a second (or more if set in the database), asking if a domain name is available or not. If the name IS available, it needs to send the xml Newly added descriptions: If the name IS available, it needs to send the xml "register domain" command to Nominet QUICKLY. If the name is NOT available, it needs to check again, or check the next domains. The domains will be stored in a mysql database and contain domain details like: Name, Priority, Last checked, Status, Date etc... The script should be written in PHP and be super efficient, remember TIMING needs to be perfect. 0.200 of a second perfect, if a higher priority is set on a domain, it can check faster, but the script needs to limit queries to 432000 a day. The script should run in a shell command window when the system is running/checking. This will need to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and not timout, expire or crash. This will make 432000 queries a day (5 queries a second normally). If there are no domains to check on that day, it needs to wait until there is a domain ready to check. Remember that on 1 day, there may be 1 - 10 domain names dropping that need to be checked and a priority needs to be given to each name.
