Need a developer who is VERY proficient with oscommerce & php. Has to demonstrate that! can work on FULL time in next 7 days and complete in 7 days high level project summary: Besides the regular shopping cart, expand the oscommerce to be suitable for a whole business: 1. provide a user interface (both form and upload) to allow client to submit orders ( include shipping address, SKU etc..) 2. custom shipping calculation, table based on Category & State or product size & State 3. discount based on category (top) & customer 4. provide admin interface to manage customer's discount (per top category) Notes: Payment will be handled offline, can set payment to use 'deliver on cash'.
