What I need or require: - We are looking for experience .NET Programming Company can design and develope a document management collaboration System/dataroom. -Must have previous experience on developing DMS that can be proved. Must show system, by providing logins. -Must Include "Source code" with price. Functions of the dataroom will be like this site. http://tinyurl.com/3qsygs5 - This dataroom will be used for document management, secure questions and answers, information sharing, "No Print, No Save, Watermark" functions, secure data exchange with full audit trial. Some features: - Document Management , Document Sharing. - Integrate with a document viewer for restriction view(*Please ASK) - Portal, Company, Project and User Profiles - Search function (enable or disable) - Questions and Answers (secure questions and answers for document or generic QA) - Software is required to be a Web Based software and be able packed all files as standard software installation. - Multiple Users Access , Super Admin, Portal Admin, Case Admin, Power User , User - Full Audit Trial for user actions Project is broken down to 2 phase, which payment milestones are to be calculated based on those 2 phase: Phase 1 1.Support 4 levels of Host/Site/project/Sub-project. A host has a number of sites, a site has a number of projects and a project has a number of sub-projects. 2. Login Activites 3. SQL, MS Server, Web Server, Java Timeframe for delivery: 1 Month. Questions and conditions to Bidder: -Must show your previous example of .Net Document Management System examples in related to this project - Provide clear time frame, stages. What do we get in 1st Month, 2nd Month, etc - MUST provide previous DMS project or similar concept example - MUST agree to payment milestones base on 2 fixed milestone at end of each phase. NO upfront payment will be made. - After each payment milestone, system must be able to pack and deliver to us with source code. - Penalty clause will incur for time delay and over 20% of testing error from bug testing. -NO Hourly charge will be considered, ONLY fixed price. -Successful vendor must accept our T&C -Only proposals that come under budget and time will be considered. Experience vendor will be preferred. |
