I am looking for a long term HTML expert editor who is really master of CSS, DIV, SPAN, positioning. On top that, it would be nice if that person knew XSL to generate those HTMLs using XML + XSLT. But XSL is not a must whereas HTML expertise is must. Please only apply the individuals, NO COMPANIES. I am looking for honest people who would like to get long term job with decent salary. I am not offering top dollars, and I do know the salaries in China. if you are looking for a lot of money, I am not the ideal boss. if you are looking for permanent but reasonable salary I am the correct boss. I have found a developer partner from China that I am working with, now I am looking for a second person, who is the HTML expert.
