Create a simple form page in aspx.net with about 15 fields, 4 drop downs and 2-3 business rules to ensure data integrity. We will require a list page that shows certain columns and can be sorted. WE will also need columns tabulated to show totals where possible. there is another component to this project which will be to expand upon an existing module "Contributions" to provide totals.
