I am in need of a few html and css experts with strong graphical background to assist us in the conversion of graphical website mockups in the form of images or sometimes as an actual psd file – into working html and css templates. I hope to build a long term relationship with the winner. Please don't bid if you cannot complete the requirement of the project or are not serious about doing the project. I will have many similar projects available on an ongoing basis that will be given to same designers. Experienced in the use of the following a definite plus: 1 - csszengarden.com framework or the ruthsarian layout framework - http://webhost.bridgew.edu/etribou/layouts/ - skidoo too or the http://www.highresolution.info/webdesign/yaml/ yaml framework which is a fork of ruthsarian's layout framework. 2 - creation of css based menus with , and tags http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/index.html, http://www.alistapart.com 3 - Past experience in concept design and typography - http://www.heathrowe.com/links.asp 4 - Adobe Photoshop 5 – top style 3 – css editor I will be paying at very competitive rates on a per project basis. a) Each project will consist of the conversion of one(1) main template into html. b) I will be providing some html and css code/blocks as well as directions/ instructions as to the specific css class names to be used in the creation of these templates. Required: When responding, please: 1) Send your pricing/rates for complete project as well as the price for an additional sub page of an already created main template. 2) Links to examples of your most recent works that demonstrate, the use of the table less layout concept - using css and your graphical skills. Please note I will be choosing the individual or company with the most experience that fits our needs as well as the most competitive pricing. I am looking to pay about US$50.00 - US$75.00 per template as the design directions, image files and css -html will be provided to you. I will be looking for a few days turnaround 3 to 5 days or 1 to 2 week on these types of projects - I will also pay more per project for rush work.
