Similar to Narutofan.com and bleach7.com but with profiles like myspace.com The site needs a template, done in CSS. The site needs a media system, where registered users can upload and share files(file types are limited by admin)with other members. Non-members may download registered members files, but not those added by site administrators. User registration page should have name, email, password, IM, required fields. There should be a main user group, and the admin ability to create more. Each user needs a profile page, where pictures and personal information such as name, contact, hobbies, etc. are added. Other user should be able to post on the profile, if the profile is not set to private. On these profiles, users may upload their files. The files uploaded can either be private or public. A search option should search through all user files and show the results. User can choose to search by file or by user. A pay-pal page should be set up so users can transfer donations as they see fit. There should be a page where admins can see who donated money, and the amount donated. A page where site admins can post news and files, modify user information, and alter aspects of the site is needed. News should be visible on the front page and users should be able to post comments. I would like this site to be programmed in either java or PHP(preferably java). There will be no upfront payments. I will pay once the site is fully functional and where I want it.
