Hello, We are looking to produce an on-line e-commerce website expected to have a very high work load. Somehow similar to amazon.com but for a different market. The website will need a fully scallable content management system with three different interfaces (client, supplier and administration). The website will also recquire a number of different features such as: - User registration - Live tech suport, Live chat - Trouble tickets - Automated emails\fax - Customer reviews (no text) - Quality control verification for website content - Template for all item - Statistics for all three different interfaces - Automated billing sytem (automated invoices by fax) - Searchable website - Dynamic Catalog - Point system (customers will earn points to get coupons) - Variable content based on time of the day - Administrative system to grant our staff access to selected areas of the system. The purpose of this website would be to relate the client to the suppliers through our website. The order will be made on the website by the client, then this order will be sent to the supplier by our automated fax system and the supplier will then ship the product to the client.
