Hi - I have an 11th hour tool I need to get done today. It's a simple php/mysql tool on Apache for a client site to add/edit/delete employee profiles with a function on the user side to display an alpha list of each of 3 categories of employees. Here is a full description of what I need: 1) Admin will enter these fields for the new person (also need to edit and delete record). I'll secure the admin files with simple .htaccess. : Full name : Complete Title (dropdown with "Owner", "Senior Mortgage Banker", "Mortgage Banker", "Administration") : License # : Office Number : Cell Number : Fax Number : Processor’s Name : Email address : Company URL : URL to personal loan application page : V-card or personal website URL : A profile picture (jpeg or gif) - this will a set size 125px w x 150px high (GD Library) : A bio from a word document : status (enabled (default), disabled) 2) Once the admin submits the new entry a profile link will be added to the mortgage bankers page according to their job title (mortgage banker, Senior Mortgage banker...etc.) These can be found on: http://216.25.34.113/stage/mortgage_bankers.html An example of the profile page can be viewed at: http://216.25.34.113/stage/profiles/cody_profile.html I'll add an .htaccess file to allow .html to execute as .php. If information exists, it's printed, else it's left blank. I know this is late late notice, but I'm also hoping to find the right person to handle numerous other php/mysql maintenance items ongoing.
