| Comments: He's clearly a very skilled programmer and comes at a great price. We did have issues throughout the project though. His communication is poor with him demanding 50% of the money half way through the project with no mention of this prior to commencement of the project. He doesn't work at any great speed either, the work gets done as and when he feels like it. As I said he is a skilled programmer and if you can get him to work to your deadlines he'd be great to work with. The project that I am left with on the positive side is good. |
