| Comments: 1. Overall, angry customer. Everything was negotiated and agreed at the beginning. Deadlines, implementation methodology, communication. Provider had agreed my iterative development cycle, instead of waterfall. Requirements were provided at the beginning before committed to the project, and didn't change through the project. Project was not small, so I broke my project down into different stages and only dealing with phase 1 of the project. Maybe ok for small project, but not anything bigger than that. 2. Late or didn't shown up for meeting. Couple times I had to wait or rescheduled meetings. 3. Response was poor, no message was reply until I contact FreelancerChina. Best advice, make all communication through FreelancerChina just for the track of record. I know it is a pain, but better for FreelancerChina to get insight. 4. Milestones were late or never complete. Deadlines for tasks kept push back, multiple chances were giving, but still need to pull project back after all and get partial refund. 5. Quality of the project. Template was taken using third party product. I don't have problem with that but please let customer whose product it is, all the works was customization but still didn't finish. |
