Need to have a way to validate any entered number, against a list of numbers in data base. to verify if the number that is entered matches any of the numbers in the data base. If it does they win! if not they are told "Sorry try again". Once a number is matched it must be removed from the data base, and if entered again a message says sorry this number has already been entered. etc. more details on initial contact. Budget <$150 CDN.
